Job Description/Requirements
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales both in-store and online.
– Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
– Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation and performance analysis.
– Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials and advertisements.
– Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
– Plan and oversee in-store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
– Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
– Maintain and update the company’s website with fresh content and promotions.
– Build and maintain relationships with media and advertising partners.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or furniture industry.
– Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
– Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
– Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
