What you will do:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities as aligned with route plans (do they have? Will they need?) and sales targets.
- Negotiate and close sales of Watu Simu assets to realize sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor reorder levels in retail shops and ensure the availability of stock.
- Deliver marketing materials as assigned in support of the business marketing plan.
- Drive revenue increase through conversion of cash customers to credit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct customer education by presenting comprehensive asset financing product information including value proposition to all sales leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints escalating to relevant channels where required.
- Effectively communicate customer feedback and company updates to customers.
- Identify dealership challenges and training needs and provide resolution.
- Participate in company events, activations and promotions alongside dealerships.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Develop effective and efficient route plans and see through route compliance.
What we are looking for:
- Diploma in a business related field.
- 3 years experience in sales or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Commercial awareness
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
