Key Responsibilities:
- Imprest reconciliations and management
- Monitor budget through expenditure
- Prepare variance reports
- Assist in facilitating training & conferences
- Monitor & ensure payments for vendors are actualized
- Asset register management
- Assist in Inventory management
- Support in study-related procurement processes and tracking of supplies
Vacancy Requirements:
- Bachelors of Commerce in (Finance/Accounting option), Business Administration or equivalent
- CPA part II
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good report-writing skills
- Good Computer skills, especially, MS Office packages
