Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordination of training of staff working under him/her;
- Carrying out training needs assessments;
- Developing standard operating procedures;
- Enforcing the use of standard operating procedures;
- Continuous monitoring of the use of standard operating procedures;
- Ensuring smooth inter-sectional relations;
- Ensuring training projections are done annually.
Requirements for Appointment
Direct appointment to this grade will be made from candidates who are in possession of:
- Bachelor’s degree in either Hospitality and Tourism Management or Hotel and Catering Management or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Certificate in computer applications.
